Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our technical support team via email within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the scanner, including all original accessories, cables, and calibration kits, in the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the item using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
